Custom Fish Smoking
We are pleased to offer custom smoking of fish — salmon, halibut, or any fish you bring us. $3.49 per pound based on starting weight (filets or whole). One side and $10 minimum.
Two Flavors To Choose From
- Garlic Wine — sugar, salt, soy sauce, water, white wine, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, tabasco
- Maple Sugar — maple sugar brine and brown sugar
