What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. We're closed or have shortened hours on New Year's Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.

Can you ship products?
Yes. Through this online store we offer refrigerated national shipping on eligible items (vacuum-sealed steaks, sausages, exotic meats, family packs). Cold-chain shipments go out Monday through Wednesday only to ensure your order arrives in food-safe condition. Some items — whole/half beef, fresh seafood, and items marked "pickup only" — are not eligible for shipping.
What forms of payment are accepted?
In store: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ATM/Debit, EBT, and cash. We do not accept checks, and transactions under $10 are cash only.
Online: All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (including 4-payment installments). EBT is not currently supported online.
How much meat do I need?
The starting rule of thumb is ½ lb of boneless meat per adult and ¼ lb per child — or 1 lb of bone-in meat per adult and ½ lb per child. Adjust up if you have teenagers, want leftovers, or are skipping side dishes. Our meat calculator on the homepage helps you nail the quantity.
