Ground & Burgers

Ground fresh every morning from our own trim — 85% ground chuck, 95% ground round, 80/20, chili grind, ground brisket and Wagyu. Patties pressed in the back: chuck patties, bacon burgers, jalapeño pepper jack bacon burgers, RMC special blend. And every other animal we grind: bison, elk, venison, wild boar, pork, lamb, veal, turkey and chicken thigh. Order by 4 PM for same-evening delivery around Roseville, or we ship it cold — Monday through Thursday in the West, Monday through Wednesday everywhere else.
