Christmas
Our biggest holiday of the year. The famous cradled prime rib roast (most sold with our seasoning) is the headliner. Crown pork roasts, filet roasts, steaks, turkeys, and hams are also top-sellers. Christmas pre-orders accepted starting in November.
Thanksgiving
Two brands of fresh (never frozen) turkeys: Mary's Free Range and Norbest Natural Birds. Antibiotic and hormone free. Sizes from 13–14 lb up to 30+ lb.
Easter
Our David Henry bone-in hams (whole or half), smoked in our own smokehouse. Boneless honey-cured hams (whole or half, sliced or unsliced). Fresh leg of pork (uncured ham). Leg of lamb (whole or half, bone-in or boneless).
New Year's
Beef filet steaks or roast, our cradled prime rib roast, lobster tails of all sizes.
Valentine's Day
Our Sweetheart Box: 2 × 8 oz filets, 2 × 8 oz lobster tails, and 2 pieces of cheesecake — all packaged in a red box.
St. Patrick's Day
Corned beef — we make it ourselves from beef brisket flats.
Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
BBQ season favorites: marinated tri-tips, our 12 flavors of marinated chicken, big T-bones and porterhouses, baby-back ribs, Maui short ribs, fresh-fish rotation.
