Christmas and New Year
Our biggest holiday of the year. The cradled prime rib is the headliner, most often sold with our seasoning; crown pork roasts, filet roasts, turkeys and hams follow close behind. Reserve your prime rib with a deposit from November 12 and we cut it the day before you collect.
Easter
David Henry bone-in hams, whole or half, smoked in our own smokehouse, plus leg of lamb and rack of lamb. Pre-orders open in March.
