A tomahawk is a bone-in ribeye with the whole rib bone left on and frenched clean — a ribeye with a handle, usually two and a half to four pounds. It is the steak people order for a birthday.

We cut it in Signature Gold Label USDA Prime and Signature Black Label USDA Choice, trimmed by hand before weighing. Order by 4 PM for same-evening delivery around Roseville, or we ship it cold — Monday through Thursday in the West, Monday through Wednesday everywhere else.
