Tri-Tip

Tri-tip is the Sacramento Valley's roast — a triangular cut off the bottom sirloin that grills like a steak and slices like a roast. Our marinated tri-tips are the biggest sellers in the case after the steaks: Yukon Gold, Original Seasoned, Maui, Cow Camp, Mesquite, Maple Bourbon and more, each trimmed by hand before it goes in the marinade.

Plain Santa Maria tri-tip, tri-tip steaks, Wagyu and grass-fed tri-tip are here too. Order by 4 PM for same-evening delivery around Roseville, or we ship it cold — Monday through Thursday in the West, Monday through Wednesday everywhere else.
