The steaks here might be more expensive than grocery stores, but the products are fantastic. I just got 3 choice ribeyes, mainly because the marbling was good, and they were so tasty. The flavoring is on par with fancy fine dining restaurants.

We were in the mood for a good hamburger. I purchased the four pack of half 80/20 beef and half bacon pre formed burgers. The results were amazing, one of the best tasting, juicy, and quality burgers we have had. We will be back to try more.

It was the most beautiful piece of rump I've ever seen, and after 16 hrs of slow roasting it was the most tender melt in your mouth beef I've had in my life. Great service, great quality, great selection. Prices are a little higher than supermarket prices, but a clear better quality difference too.

Preparation & Safe Handling

Follow these essential steps to ensure the ultimate flavor and texture.

Rest at room temperature

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towel.

STEP 0 1

Season generously

Kosher salt and cracked black pepper on all sides. Keep it simple — the beef does the talking.

STEP 0 2

High heat sear

Cast iron or BBQ screaming hot. 2–3 min per side for medium-rare (internal temp 54–57°C / 130–135°F).

STEP 0 3

Baste with butter

Add a knob of butter, garlic, and thyme. Baste continuously for the final 60 seconds.

STEP 0 4

Rest before cutting

Transfer to a board and rest for 5–8 minutes. Never skip this step.

Storage & Freshness

How to keep your cut at its best once it is home.

If freezing, keep in original vacuum packaging. Thaw overnight in fridge — never on the bench

Packed in vacuum-sealed food-grade packaging to extend freshness and lock in natural juices

Do not refreeze after thawing. Discard if color turns grey or any off-odors develop
